Originally it called for chicken wings but I use boneless, skinless chicken breast to lower the calories and fat. You could lower the oil to lower the nutritional facts even more. Ingredients

    1/4 C. Vegetable Oil
    2 T. Lemon juice(about the juice of one lemon)
    6 Cloves garlic
    2 t. salt
    1 T. freshly ground black pepper
    2 lb chicken breasts

Directions

In a large bowl, stir together the olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add chicken, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Preheat grill for high heat. Drain marinade from chicken into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, and simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside for basting.
Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill chicken until center reaches 165 degrees, or until juices run clear. Baste with the marinade during the last 5 minutes.
