Ingredients

    6 medium red potatoes, with peel, cut in 1/2 in. squares
    1 12in farmer sausage, cut into 1/2-1 in. sections
    1 large white onion, chopped
    Handful of parsley and dill
    8 c. water

Directions

In a large pot bring all ingredients to a boil. Turn to med-low and simmer for 30 min or until potatoes are done.
