    3 CUPS CHOPPED FRESH MUSHROOMS
    8 CUPS VEVETABLE STOCK
    2 BAY LEAVES
    1 CUP CHOPPED CARROTS
    1 1/4 CUPS UNCOOKED PEARL BARLEY
    COOKING SPRAY

Directions

SPRAY PAN AND ADD ONIONS, CELERY, MUSHROOMS, AND CARROTS -ADD A LITTLE BROTH AND THEN ADD ALL INGREDIENTS. BRING TO A BOIL THEN LOWER HEAT AND SIMMER FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES.
