Introduction
I was just testing different things out and came up with this bread. It turned out great. The loaves are a bit smaller but light. You can substitute applesauce for the kiwi - I just happened to have some kiwis and no applesauce. Also add nuts of your choice - I had raw pumpkin seeds. Ingredients

1 cup quinoa (blended in my bullet to make flour)
1 cup whole wheat flour (also blended to make finer)
1 egg
1/2 cup of mashed kiwi or applesauce
1/2 brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 ripe medium bananas
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds or whatever kind you have
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend quinoa to create a flour. Blend whole wheat to make it finer. Add wet ingredients together and mix thoroughly. Add quinoa to the wet and mix until quinoa is completely saturated. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into loaf pan and put in oven for 45-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out of the centre cleanly. Place on wire rack to cool.
