    Zucchini, 1 small
    8 large mushrooms
    1 Can SW Italian Style Tomatoes
    12 oz Spinach, fresh
    Onions, raw, .5 large
    Garlic, 4 clove
    Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 2/3 cup (not packed)
    .5 cup Fat Free Shredded Mozarella Cheese
    Lasagna Noodles, 4 oz


cook tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, onions, and garlic.
cook noodles per instructions.
layer tomato mixture, noodles, cottage cheese, and zucchini.
Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 45 minutes.
