Ingredients

    Baking Powder, 4 tsp
    Salt, 1/4 tsp
    Baking Soda, 2 tsp
Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread melted, 1/4 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
Banana, fresh, 3 extra small (less than 6" long)
Bob’s Red Mill Quinoa Flour, 1 cup
    almond flour, 1/3 cup
Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 cup
    *NOW - Dextrose, 1 cup

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together. Gently beat eggs together, add to dry mixture. Add melted butter (or you can use any oil you please). Add bananas, and walnuts. Mix well. Add water a little at a time until you get the desired consistency to pour thickly into your loaf pan. The more water, the longer it takes to cook.

I used a Pyrex bread pan with parchment paper, cooked 375F for a little over 40mins.

Makes 12 slices. If you slice your bread thinner or thinker and get a different number of servings the nutrition information and calories will change.
