Ingredients

    1 boxed cake mix
    1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
    2 egg whites
    6 oz Weight Watchers yogurt (whatever flavor you like – we like strawberry)

    Frosting
    8 oz. Cool Whip Free
    6 oz Weight Watchers yogurt (whatever flavor you like – we like strawberry)

Directions

Mix cake mix, applesauce, and egg whites together.
Fold in one container of yogurt .
Bake @ 350o for 30-35 minutes.

Mix one container of yogurt with the cool whip to make the frosting.

Wait until cake is completely cooled before frosting
Keep refrigerated
