Introduction

This is a yummy and filling soup for phase 2 easy to pack for lunch. This is a yummy and filling soup for phase 2 easy to pack for lunch.

Ingredients

    3.5 Oz Chicken Breast Ground
    1 Cup FF Chicken broth
    2 Cups Cauliflower
    1 Tbsp Garlic Powder or 1 clove fresh
    2 Tbsp raw onion chopped
    Black pepper to taste
    Parsley for garnish.

Directions

Ground Chicken in Magic Bullet or food processor.
In a non stick sauce pan saute chicken, onion and spices. until chicken is no longer pink and onion is transparent.
Add Broth. simmer
Meantime steam cauliflower until soft.
In Magic Bullet puree cauliflower and incorporate it with the chicken and broth.
Garnish with parsley.

Serving Size: Makes 1 - 8 OZ serving
