Introduction
Nice Cajun style dirty rice with ground turkey for a low calorie fulfilling meal. I used twice as much black and red pepper than the recipe says but wife thought it was way spicy. so i cut it in half. Ingredients

1lb of Ground Turkey
2 cups long grain brown rice
1 tsp ground red pepper
2 tbsp fresh minced Parsley
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp Oregano
4 tsp Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb
60 spears Asparagus (10 per person)
spray margarine or butter
Directions
Cook the 2 cups of brown rice with 5 cups of water per bags instructions.
In large skillet brown ground turkey as you add the salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and onion powder.
Toward the end of browning the turkey, stir the garlic, Oregano and Parsley.
Start grilling the Asparagus and spray with margarine and top with Mrs Dash garlic and herb.
Once rice is done, add to turkey.mix and cook another 5 min.
Dish on plate and top with Asparagus
