    .5 cup of bell peppers

    1 slice whole grain bread

Directions

Spray pan with I can't believe it's not butter
beats egg, egg whites
add vegetables to the egg mixture
Add mixture to pan, and scramble cook
add in cheese to the pan
Toast bread
Plate and serve!
