Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    * Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp
    * Lime Juice, .25 cup
    * Garlic, 4 clove
    * *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Salt, .25 tsp
    * Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces

Directions

Chop cilantro and garlic, add to 1 gallon ziplock bag along with oil, lime juice, salt and pepper. Zip and mix.

Gently pound chicken to 1" thickness, cut breasts in half lengthwise. This will help the marinade absorb better and also let chicken cook faster so it won't dry out.

Add chicken to bag. Remove as much air as possible. Mix well and let the chicken marinade roughly 1 hour, turning occassionally.

Grill, turning once, about 4 minutes each side. I typically use a George Forman grill (lightly sprayed with oil) for a total cooking time of about 6-7 minutes.
