Ingredients

    1 can tomatoe sauce
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1/3 cup each of chopped onion,celery,green pepper
    1 tbs Italian spices
    2 1/4 cups dry Whole wheat penne
    3/4 cup shreaded Mozzarella
    3/4 cup fat free cottage cheese
    1 tbs garlic powder

Directions

preheat oven to 375 degs.
combine sauce, tomotoes. vegies and spices in sauce pan bring to boil and simmer while you get the penne cooked
boil penne for 7 mins. drain and rinse and place in your baking dish
I use a 3 quart covered baking dish
add the sauce mixture , and cheeses, stir and cover and bake for 30 mins at 375 degs.
