Ingredients

    2 Cups of Spinach
    1/2 Cup of Cucumber
    1/4 of Avacado (Half of a half)
    Juice of a squeezed grapefruit
    Juice of a squeezed lemon
    1 tsp of Honey
    1 packet of Truvia or stevia
    a few pieces of ice

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until liquid.
