Ingredients

1 Lb. 93% Lean Ground Turkey
1/2 Cup Onions, Chopped
2 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
1 Pkt. McCormick's Taco Seasoning Mix, 30% Less Sodium
3/4 Cup Water
Spinach Leaves (or Lettuce) (About 2 Cups/Salad)
2 Ripe Tomatoes, Diced (1/2 Tomato/Salad)
4 Green Onion Stalks, Diced (1 Stalk/Salad)
*Add any other veggies you like on a salad
1 Cup Sargento Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
Salsa (1/4 Cup Cheese/Salad)
8 Tbsps Fat Free Sour Cream (2 Tablespoons/Salad)
Directions
Brown turkey with onion and garlic. Add 3/4 Cup water and McCormick's Taco Seasoning Packet and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and simmer at least 5 minutes, stirring occassionally. While simmering, prepare salads...first lay a bed of spinach/lettuce down and top with tomatoes, green onions/scallions and any other veggies you like. Then top w/ 1/4 cup of cheese and 1/4 of seasoned turkey. Add Salsa and FF Sour Cream.
