Ingredients

    1 bag Tofu Shirataki Angel Hair Pasta
    1 c Vegetables of choice ( I used Broccoli, Zucchini, Red, Yellow & Orange Bell Peppers because I had them on hand)
    2 T fat free cream cheese ( I used the Neufchatel cheese, because it was what I had at the time)
    1 T Parmesan

Directions

Make Shirataki pasta according to package directions, (I microwaved for 1 minute & dried them-make sure to thoroughly dry the noodles). Add vegetables, cream cheese and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stopping to mix halfway through. Add parmesan cheese and mix again. Add salt & pepper to taste. Serves one per directions - could be split into two meals or two servings easily.

Serving Size: 1 serving, could be split in half for smaller serving
