Flax Cocoa Cookies Flax Cocoa Cookies

Ingredients

    Dry:
    Cocoa Powder
    Flax Seed, Cold Milled
    Vanilla Protein Powder
    Salt
    Stevia
    Baking Powder
    Baking Soda
    Benefiber

    Wet Ingredients:
    Melted Coconut oil
    Apple sauce
    Yogurt
    Vanilla Extract


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Heat Coconut oil in microwavable container until liquid

Mix dry ingredients together.

Mix in wet ingredients exempting oil and extract.

Use standing mixer or hand mixer, or mix by hand in a very large bowl.

Roll into balls and smash flat on a parchment lined cookie sheet - use a spatula if you need to due to the cookies tendency to rise.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. done when puffed up in a dome and easy to pull of see.
