Ingredients

    * Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    * Stork Margarine, 100 gram(s)
    * *Flour, white, 1 cup
    * Granulated Sugar, 75 grams
    * Raisins, 0.5 cup, packed
    * Egg, fresh, 2 medium
    * *Honey, 2 tbsp

Directions

Grease 2lb loaf tin
Preheat oven to 160oc/325oF
Cream margarine and sugar

mash the two banana's.
add all other ingredients, and mix.
Place into loaf tin, add to oven for about 1 hour or until golden.
