Ingredients

    8 oz. multi grain ziti, penne, etc
    1/2 can hunts pasta sauch - chuncky vegetable
    1 can petite or crushed tomatoes
    1 1/2 c sausage crumbles
    1/2 c plain greek yogurt
    3/4 c. daiya shredded mozarella cheese
    4 tsp. nutritional yeast
    salt, pepper, italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder

Directions

Prepare pasta according to package.

Combine yogart, yeast, spices, and sauce and then stir in cheese. Pour over pasta and stir until well coated. Transfer to a sprayed 8x8 baking dish and bake covered for 30 minutes @ 350 degrees. Uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes.
