Ingredients

    300g ground beef
    190g onions raw
    190g carrots
    50g leek
    100g peas frozen
    100g pumpkin fresh
    3 bovril beef stock cubes
    6 tablespoon gravy granules
    60floz boiling water

Directions

cook mince in pan no oil keep stiring, add boiling water and veg cook till veg is starting to soften crumble bovril over and give a good stir add gravy granules stir till granules has disolved, leave to simmer for 5 minutes. enjoy
