Ingredients

    Dash of salt
    1 box Ronzoni Whole Wheat Linguine (13.25 oz)
    2T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 Onion
    1 Chile Pepper
    4 Cloves Garlic
    2T mild Curry Powder
    1/2Cup Chicken Stock
    1Can Tomatoes
    1Can Garbanzo Beans
    Grated Goat Cheese or Romano for topping(not in nutritional info)

Directions

Boil linguine, reserve 1/2 c of pasta water.
Heat olive oil in large skillet, add onion, chile pepper,and garlic and cook stirring 2 minutes. Add curry powder and season with salt. Deglaze the pan with stock.
Add the tomatoes and crush with a potato masher. Add the chickpeas and cook stir occasionally til liquid is reduced, 15-20 min.
Toss the pasta with the sauce and reserved pasta cooking water to combine. Top with cheese and parsley if desired....Enjoy.....................
