Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    250 grams cooked (or canned) Red Kidney Beans, drained & mashed
    550 grams Extra Lean Ground Chicken
    1/2 small Onion, chopped finely
    2 large Eggs
    1/2 cup Bulgur Wheat
    1.5 tsp Ground Cumin
    1.5 tsp Dry Oregeno
    1.5 tsp Dry Basil
    Pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients throughly in a large mixing bowl, including pepper amount to your liking. Shape into 6 patties and place onto a baking tray. Bake on 375 for 20 min. Turn halfway through cooking time, using a full-sized spatula as burgers are soft.
Delicious with sliced tomato.
Not appropriate for BBQ as raw patties are quite soft.

    Incredible!
    Delicious! The only thing I added was garlic but this recipe is very flexible and you can spice it up many ways. Highly recommend especially for parent with picky eaters!! - 4/15/11
