Introduction

Quick and delicious meatballs, perfect for meatball subs or spaghetti. Quick and delicious meatballs, perfect for meatball subs or spaghetti.

Ingredients

    20 oz ground beef
    3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs*
    1 tsp garlic powder
    3 Tbs Kraft parmesan cheese
    3 eggs

    *if using plain bread crumbs, add 3 tsp Italian seasoning, 1 tsp black pepper, 2 Tbs parsley (fresh)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix meat, bread crumbs, eggs, garlic powder, and parmesan in a medium bowl. Form 30 meatballs (1 oz. each) and place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.

If making meatball subs, cut about 6 hoagie rolls in half and place 1 oz. provolone or mozerella on each. During the last 5 minutes of cooking put the rolls in with the meatballs and prepare marinara sauce. When meatballs are done, assemble and serve (note that nutrition facts for this recipe only include the meatballs)
