Ingredients

1 15-oz can of black beans drained and rinsed
3 Large Eggs
3 T. Canola Oil
2 t. Vanilla extract
1/4 t. sea salt
2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. baking soda
1/4 C. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/3 C. Granulated Sugar
1 T. Coffee Grounds
1/4 t. vinegar
1/2 C. Mini Semisweet Chocolate Chips
1/4 C. Chopped Walnuts, toasted
Directions
Blend all but the last two ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Place in a sprayed 8" square baking pan
Sprinkle toasted walnut pieces and mini chips evenly over the top
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
