Ingredients

    1 lb. chicken breasts, cut into strips
    1 med. tomato, sliced
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 cup white wine
    2 T. Olive Oil

Directions

Heat olive oil and garlic in large skillet. Salt and Pepper chicken strips and add to garlic in skillet. Cook 7 minutes - 10 minutes until chicken is no longer pink. Add white wine and cook 3 minutes longer. Place cooked chicken on a platter and leave sauce in pan. Heat tomatoes in sauce until warm. Spoon tomatoes and sauce evenly over chicken.
