Introduction

This bread is prepared in the bread machine and then taken out to rise and bake in the oven. Very easy. This bread is prepared in the bread machine and then taken out to rise and bake in the oven. Very easy.

Ingredients

    1.5 cups + 2 Tablespoons water
    2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/3 cup agave nectar
    4-1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    3 Tablespoons nonfat dry milk
    2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions

Put ingredients in bread machine in order according to manufacturer's instructions. Select dough cycle. When done,
take dough out of bread machine and place in a greased loaf pan. Set in warm place to rise about 25 minutes. Put in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Cool on rack about 5 minutes before removing from the loaf pan.

Serving Size: Makes a 2 lb. loaf 2 ounces = 1 serving
