Ingredients

    4 Lg Red Tomatoes
    1 Lg Cucumber
    1 Medium Red Onion
    5 Green Onions
    1 Lg Green Bell Pepper
    2 Cloves Fresh Garlic
    1 TBSP Chopped Fresh Cilantro
    1 TBSP Lime Juice
    Tabasco sauce to your taste

Directions

Wash all Vegatables and let dry
Core and de-seed Tomatoes, chop
Peel and de-seed Cucumber, chop
Chop Red Onion into small pieces
Chop Green Onions Bulb and stems into small pieces
De-seed Green Pepper, chop
Mince Garlic cloves
Chop Fresh Cilantro very fine

Mix all in bowl and add Lime juice and Tabasco Sauce ( to your taste)

I place all in a blender after cut and chopped, just a couple of pulses to make the consistency of your choice.

Enjoy with Tortilla chips or as a added touch to cooked chicken breasts.
