Introduction

this is the way my grandmother made it this is the way my grandmother made it
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 48oz swanson natural goodness 100% fat free chicken broth
    1lb lentils
    1 12oz jar of sofrito tomato cooking base
    2 bay leafs
    1 large potato cut into cubes

Directions

Place all ingredients into a large pot

cook over low heat for 60 mintues adding water as needed

serve with white vinger

you may add a few pieces of cooked broken up bacon for flavor
