    1-454g bag of Maria's Homestyle Green Pea & Kale Noodles
    1 jar PC Basil Pesto (270 mL)
    2 cups sliced, fresh Mushrooms
    1 cup chopped green pepper
    6 zucchinis, chopped
    1 cup chopped raw onions
    1 tbsp chopped garlic
    1 tbsp olive oil


Cook pasta according to package instructions.

While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in frying pan and add the onion, garlic, peppers, zucchini and mushrooms to it to cook.

When the pasta is cooked, drain it and add the cooked vegetables and mix.

Add the pesto sauce and mix well.

Makes 12-1 cup servings.
