Ingredients


    * 1.5 Cups (1 Can) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
    * 1 Cup of fresh baby spinach
    * 1/2 Cup Avocado (approx half of a large or whole small)
    * Juice from 1 lemon
    * 2 cloves garlic
    * salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

Toss all of the ingredients in the food processor whirl until smooth.
