Ingredients

1/2 of a 14 oz package of Gimme Lean ground beef or ground sausage
12oz vegetarian burger crumbles
1 onion chopped (optional)
2 eggs, beated
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon ground sage
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 and 1/2 slices of bread, cubed
1/3 cup milk
8 ounces tomato sauce
4 potatoes, cubed
cooking spray
Directions
Preaheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large bowl, combine all ingrediants except potatoes and tomato sauce. Form into a loaf inside a 9x13 baking dish, top loaf with tomato sauce, and place the cubed potatoes around the loaf. Bake 30-45 minutes, then turn potatoes, Bake for another 30-45 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
