2 c sweet peppers (1 each color-red, yellow, green, & orange), chopped
1 lb. ground turkey, 93% lean
1 can black beans
2 cans chili beans
1 can diced tomatoes with sweet onion
1 can Rotele tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes with italian seasoning
1 can Mexican corn
.5 c onions, chopped
1 packet (5-7 tsp) of taco or chili seasoning
2 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp italian seasoning
1 c fresh mushrooms, sliced
Water to desired thickness
Directions
Brown, drain, and rinse turkey burger-Add half of the taco seasoning to the burger and mix
Sautee celery, mushrooms, peppers, onions, and garlic until softened
Rinse black beans
Combines beans, corn, tomatoes, sautee mixture, burger, and all other ingrediants in crockpot or large pot
