Vegan Chili Vegan Chili

Ingredients

    15 oz Kidney Beans
    15 oz Black Beans
    1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 Onion diced
    3 minced garlic cloves
    1 t cumin
    1/4 t tumeric
    1/2 t salt
    ground pepper to taste
    15 oz tomato paste
    1/2 C parsley
    1/2 C red and green bell pepper, roasted
    2 each morning star vegie chipolte, black bean burger

Directions

rinse beans, saute onion in oil, add garlic, add seasonings and remaining items cook low heat 15 min or until beans are tender.
