Ingredients

    10 large Green Bell Peppers
    *Jenny O Lean Ground turkey, 40 oz - cooked and drained
    sweet raw onion, chopped, 1.5 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
    hunts garlic and herb, 2 cans
    Savory Rice, 10 cups
    Kroger 2 % milk 4 cheese blend, 1 cup

Directions

Cut all the peppers in half, clean the insides out of membranes and seeds. Place in a large cookie sheet and spray with pan spray. cook in 350 oven for 15 minutes. In a large bowl combine the cooked and drained turkey, onions, mushrooms and all but half a can of sauce. The reserved half will go on the bottom of the cookie sheet after the peppers come out of the oven.
Mix all the ingredients together and then add the rice. Mix again. When peppers have finished roasting, fill peppers with mixture. There is lots, so they will be piled a little high. Sprinkle the cheese on top and then bake for 30 minutes. Makes 20 servings.
