Introduction

Amazing chili that takes about 45 minutes to make from start to finish! Amazing chili that takes about 45 minutes to make from start to finish!

Ingredients

    Olive oil, onion, peppers, celery, garlic, chili powder, oregano, salt, cumin, 2 cans pinto beans, 1 can NSA diced tomatoes

Directions

In a large pot, warm olive oil. Add in celery, onions, bell pepper and garlic. Cook down until veggie start to soften, 7 minutes. Add in spices. Add beans and tomatoes with the juices. Simmer on medium low heat until sauce slightly thickens and chili becomes fragrant.
