Ingredients

    quinoa
    lentils
    baked tofu (savory)
    dried cranberries
    pecans
    edamame
    fresh rosemary

Directions

Cook the quinoa in 1.5 cups of water till water is absorbed - about 20 minutes; cook the lentils in plenty of water just till tender.

Mix together all ingredients and chill. Yum!
