Ingredients

    20 oz frozen haddock fillets
    1 box whole wheat Stove Top stuffing
    1 5oz can crab meat
    1 sm can 99% fat free chicken broth
    1 sm. can mushrooms
    2 oz part skim shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 8" square pan with cooking spray. Place your 2 blocks of frozen haddock in pan, bake for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, make up stuffing mix with can of chicken broth. When done, stir in the drained and rinsed crab meat and the drained mushrooms. Place mixture on top of crab and bake 10 more minutes. Place the shredded cheese on top and bake another 1-2 minutes.
