Ingredients

    3 c. flour (any kind)
    3 eggs (use 4 eggs if using whole wheat flour)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. oil
    water

Directions

Beat all ingredients together, using enough water to make the dough pourable (usually between 1-1/2 and 1-3/4 cup). Spread into a well-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Can be baked longer if you prefer harder bread but is fine at this length for a soft & moist bread (very good for putting things on).

Serving Size: makes 48 2x3 inch pieces

    Incredible!
    This is a recipe that I was going to upload, as we have made it the past 20+ years. We like to use half whole wheat flour and half unbleached flour. The nutritional info is not quite right, because it actually makes 24-48 pieces, depending on how big your pan is and how small you cut your pieces. - 3/3/16
