Ingredients

Bisquick mix, pork loin, ketchup, brown sugar, vinigar, cornstarch--mixed with 4 TBSP of water, Cooking oil (about 6 cups)

Directions

Cube pork into 1" pieces. Mix bisquick mix with 1/2-1 C water (like pancake batter), season with salt and other seasonings if prefered -- I used smoked paprika, cumin, garlic salt and black pepper. Heat oil in large pot or deep fryer until oil is about 300-350 degrees. Coat pork with batter and drop carefully into hot oil. Cook for about 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels on plate. Repeat until all the pork is fried. In medium sauce pan mix ketchup, brown sugar, vinigar, soy sauce, water and and corn starch. Bring to a boil. Stir in pork and simmer for about 5 minutes. Serve.
