    Egg substitute (Egg Beaters) - 1 cup
    Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
    Cinnamon - 2 teaspoons
    Whole Wheat Bread - 4 slices
    Corn Flakes - 1 cup, crushed


Beat together Egg Beaters, vanilla and cinnamon. Dip bread into egg mixture, then corn flakes. Saute in frying pan sprayed with cooking spray. Enjoy!

  • Similar to another recipe on spark this one with egg beaters and less cornflakes which is more what I did. I even used less eggbeaters, and I baked mine in a 400 degree oven on a wire rack for about 20 minute/ check it, flip once. I sprayed the wire rack with canola oil. My husbands favorite now. - 9/23/16
