Number of Servings: 6


    *Mostaccioli, dry 2 cups
    *Italian Sausage, Bulk, 8 oz
    *Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, .5 cup (not packed)
    *Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, 0.25 cup
    *Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 0.25 cup
    *Bertoli four cheese pasta sauce, 12 oz or 1/2 jar


Fry sausage.
Cook Mostaccioli according to box directions (I don't use salt)
In med saucepan combine sauce and cheeses, except mozzarella, and simmer on low, covered.
Add drained sausage to sauce mixture.
Drain Noodles and addto sauce mixture.
Simmer until most of the cheeses are melted
Stir in noodles
Pour into a small baking pan (I use my 10"X10" corning ware pan)
Top with shredded mozzarella
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
Remove lid and continue baking 5-10 min till cheese on top browns
Remove from oven and let stand a few min before serving.

Serving Size: makes 6 2"X3" rectangles
