Sweet and tangy kim chi. Sweet and tangy kim chi.
Number of Servings: 4


    6 Cups, chopped Napa cabbage
    1 minced garlic clove
    3 tbsp. chopped onion

    2 tbsp. sweet thai chili sauce
    1 tbsp. rice vinegar
    2 tsp. low sodium soy sauce


Mix all the wet ingredients first, then add to cabbage mixture. Chill in fridge until ready to serve.

This taste better the longer it sits to marry the flavors and wilt the cabbage.
