Ingredients

    Crust
    2 Cups of Sunflower seeds
    1 Cup of Raisins
    1/2 Apple
    Put all ingredients in a food processor and press into a pie plate

    Filling
    7 Apples
    8 Dates Pitted and Soaked
    1/2 cup of currants
    1/2 lemon juiced
    1 teaspoon of cinnomin


Directions

For Crust put all ingredients into a food process and form in the a pie plate

For Filling:
In a food processor blend 2 apples and the dates until smooth.
Pour in a bowl and put aside
In the food processor pulse the remaining apples into tiny pieces. Remove from the processor and put in the bowl with the dates.
To the date mixture add the cinnomin, lemon and currants and mix well.
Pour into the crust and chill for one hour

Serving Size: Make 8 pieces of pie
