Ingredients

2/3 Cup dried figs
2/3 Cup dates, pitted
1Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon honey
1 Cup pecans
1/2 Cup almonds
1/2 Cup shredded, dried coconut, sweetened
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/12 Cup dates, pitted (approximately 10
Directions
In a food processor, blend dried figs and 2/3 cup dates in food processor with honey and lemon juice until it is a paste. Remove from processor and set aside.
In food processor, blend pecans, almonds, coconut, cinamon until they are coarse crumbs. Add remaining dates, a couple at a time until the crumbs begin to hold together.
Press half of the crumbs into the bottom of a small (5X10 or 7X7 works best) container. Using your fingers, crumble the paste evenly over the bottom crust. Spread the remaining crumbs over the paste and press firmly to compact.
Cut into 18 squares.
Serving Size: Makes 18 1" pieces
