Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1.5 cup of oats
    4 egg whites
    2 whole eggs
    .5 cup mashed banana
    1 tsp of vanilla
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 cup of milk (skim, almond, or soy)
    1/4 cup of ground flax seeds
    1 tsp baking powder

Directions

Bake at 400 for 20 mins
Coat 9x9 square pan with cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients together and pour in coated pan.
Makes 6 bars.
