A delicious low calorie deviled egg that can be served at any picnic or meal. A delicious low calorie deviled egg that can be served at any picnic or meal.
Number of Servings: 12


    6 large eggs
    2 Tbs Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing,
    2 Tbs Hellmann’s Low Fat Mayonnaise
    1 tsp French's Classic Yellow Mustard
    1/2 Mt. Olive No Sugar Added Sweet Gherkin, chopped fine
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    1 tsp Paprika


Place eggs in a sauce pan with just enough water to cover. Bring to a boil. Boil over medium heat for 12 minutes. Remove from heat and pour out hot water. Add cool water and then add ice cubes to cool eggs. Let sit in cold water for 10 minutes. Peel eggs and cut in half. Remove the yolk to a bowl. Mash egg yolks with a fork. Add Miracle whip and mayonnaise. Stir to combine. Add mustard and chopped sweet pickle. Stir to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste. Carefully spoon mixture back into the egg white halves. Garnish with a light sprinkling of paprika. Chill until ready to serve.
