    Rice Expressions Organic Brown Rice, 1.5 cup
    Asparagus, fresh, 10 spear, large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2")
    Shrimp, cooked, 6 oz
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes
    Cheese, Dairy-Free, Daiya, Mozzerella Style, 2.5 serving
    Nasoya Nayonaise, 2 tbsp
    Himalayan Pink Salt, 0.5 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp

Directions

Layer rice, asparagus, shrimp, tomatoes in casserole. Top with mayo, salt, pepper, and cheese. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min, or until cheese is fully melted and everything is hot.
