Ingredients

    1 cup uncooked rotini pasta, Lundberg rice pasta
    6.6 ounces red new potatoes, cut in 1/2 wedges
    1 cup broccoli flowerets
    1 cup baby carrots
    1/2 cup fresh snap pea pods
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    2 tablespoons parssey, chopped
    1 teaspoon dried dill weed
    1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

NOTE: I only did this because the recipe that I got from sparks
didn't show up in any substitution lists.
1. Cook rotini pasta accroding to package instructions
2. While pasta is cooking, place steamer basket in a 3 quart saucepan filled with 1/2 " water
3. Fill basket with potatoes, broccoli carrots and pea pods
4. Bring water to a boil then reduce heat to medium low and steam for 5 minutes
5. Place steamed vegetables in a medium bowl and toss with cooked rotini, olive oil, parsley, dil and salt until well coated.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
