Ingredients

    1/2 lb (2 1/2 links) Italian turkey sausage
    1/2 onion, chopped
    2 cups water
    3 large potatoes, cubed
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 tsp basil
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp chicken boullion or 1 cube
    15 oz can fiesta corn
    15 oz can cream-style corn
    12 oz can fat-free evaporated milk


Directions

Remove skin from links and brown sausage and onion in soup pot. Add water, potatoes and spices. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in corn and evaporated milk. Cover and heat thoroughly.
