Introduction

Paleo friendly snack. In moderation if weight loss is a goal. Paleo friendly snack. In moderation if weight loss is a goal.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    ╝ cup almond butter
    ╝ cup coconut oil (melted)
    2 tsp vanilla
    1 egg
    1 cup almond flour
    3 tbs honey


    1 cup- toasted whole almonds (chopped)
    1 cup toasted pecans (chopped)
    ╝ cup toasted sunflower seeds
    ╝ cup toasted pumpkin seeds
    1 cup dried berries (cherry, blueberry, etc)


Directions

Mix the first 6 ingredients.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Flatten out in 9x13 baking pan.
Cook 10 min at 350.
Cool, cut, store.

    I replaced dried fruit with chopped dates, they are wonderful, but so calorie dense, they're almost a meal replacement. - 12/11/15
