Number of Servings: 23

Ingredients

    -1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
    -1 cup old fashioned oats
    -1/2 cup brown sugar. (I used Splenda's brown sugar blend)
    -1/2 teaspoon salt
    -1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    -1/4 teaspoon baking powder
    -1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    -1.5 tablespoon unsweetened applesauce
    -1 large egg
    -2 egg white
    -3 ripe bananas

Directions

-Preheat oven to 350 F.
-Stir dry ingredients together
-Mash bananas. -add applesauce and whole egg.
-Add wet to dry ingredients.i
-Beat egg whites until medium stiff. Fold into batter.
-Pour in pan
-cook for 50 minutes, or when toothpick is inserted and comes out dry.
-Remove from pan and ingest.

Serving Size: Makes 23 1cm pieces
